Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lap Swimwear. You have 60 days from the date of receiving your items to create a return request. All returned items must be in pristine condition with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, underwear, or products where the hygiene seal has been removed. How do I return an item?
To arrange a return, please click the “HERE” link on our Returns Policy page or use the returns portal accessible through your account on lapswimwear.com. You will be guided through the process. You will then need to securely wrap your product and send it back using the carrier you selected in the portal. Please remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you have posted your goods back, please allow 14 days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will be notified by email when your return enters our quality inspection. Please allow a further 5 to 7 days for the funds to be refunded to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on lapswimwear.com for the replacement item.
